Test both at the exact site. Strong 5G may be simpler; satellite may reach weak terrestrial areas or add a different path. Compare plan eligibility, signal or sky, peak-hour behaviour and the workload.
Can temporary internet become the permanent connection?
It can remain only if the plan, performance, cost, support and site conditions continue to fit. Reassess once fibre delivery or business needs change.
Can a UAE business use a residential Starlink plan?
