These are different commercial arrangements. Verify the seller and its ability to serve your UAE address before payment.

Retailer, reseller or installer?
A retailer supplies hardware; a reseller can bundle service and manage the customer relationship. An installer handles physical setup and network work. One company may offer more than one role, but each role needs to be made clear in the quote.
Looking for a Starlink distributor in Dubai?
Check that the company is supplying SpaceX Starlink satellite internet, then verify its exact legal name and website against Starlink’s official information. A similar trading name or a claim on a sales page is not enough. A directory entry also does not prove today’s UAE stock, price or ability to serve a particular site.
- Ask which kit, plan and UAE service address the quote covers.
- Confirm activation, warranty, returns and who provides ongoing support.
- Separate provider charges from installation and managed-network fees.
Buying a kit is only the first step
Confirm service eligibility before purchasing hardware, especially a Mini or imported kit. For a roof installation, check permission, clear sky and safe access before committing to the work. Keep the invoice and the agreed account-ownership details.

Use the official UAE order flow to see whether you can order for your exact address, which equipment and plans are offered, and what charges apply. A national licence does not confirm immediate stock or capacity at every property.
Who supports a kit bought from an authorized retailer?
Starlink says it manages the service and account after an authorized-retailer kit is activated. With an authorized reseller’s service, account management and support run through the reseller instead.
